Thank you for your interest in our community.  If you are selling a home here, or have a client interested in a property, the first step is to review our Introductory Letter to ensure compliance with our age restrictions.

 

The next step is to complete the Application for purchase and related disclosures. The Covenant documents include the Original 1990 CC&Rs, a 2017 Amendment to Covenant 23, and a 2019 Amendment to the Rentals and Occupancy Covenants.
